Document Description
The proposed project involves replacing the existing grass field with synthetic turf and developing new athletic facilities for football, soccer, baseball, softball, and track and field. The project includes a new 2,500 seat lighted football/soccer and track and field stadium (stadium or football field) that meets all CA Interscholastic Federation standards; a practice soccer field; a lighted baseball field; and, a lighted softball field that meet CIF standards. Approx 13,300 sf of support buildings are proposed, including concession stands, team rooms, restrooms, and storage facilities. The project would also result in approx 62,190 sf of unprogrammed recreational space within the athletic field footprint.
