The proposed project involves development of approx 86,600 sf of hotel, restaurant, and retail uses on 6.47 acres as illustrated on development plan 2016-2010, tentative parcel map 37091, and the Stockpile Grading Plan. The proposal envisions a 60,000 sf, 4-story, 105-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites; 12,100 sf of quality restaurants; 4,000 sf of fast food with drive thru access; 6,000 sf coffee/retail/food with drive thru; and 4,500 sf retail/food. The hotel would have a pool and a large meeting room. The restaurants will have outdoor patios.
