Document Description
The project will temporarily relocate existing yard operations to complete remediation of contamination associated with a former manufactured gas plant. Once remediation is complete, a new, consolidated water and wastewater operations corporate yard facility will be constructed on teh site. On the Annex Lot, administration, employee support and training, and warehouse buildings will be built, totaling approx. 19,928 sq. ft. On the Water Yard Lot, a material storage area, yard bins, workshops, and a trash and recycling collection area will be constructed, totaling approx. 15,630 sq. ft. Project operations would be similar to existing operations on the site today.
