Document Description
Project demolishes two housing maintenance support facilities totaling 12,000 gsf, and construct a new, approx. 343,600 gsf residence hall in two mid-rise structures. This project would provide approx. 1,780 beds of on-campus, dormitory-style housing for first- and second-year undergraduate students proximate to the existing undergraduate residential community in the campus Northwest zone in the Long Range Development Plan (LRDP).
