Document Description
Project demolishes the University Extension Building, a 93,500 gross sq. ft. seismically deficient structures built in 1971, and constructs a new, approx. 302,000-gsf apartment building. The project provides approx. 190 units of on-campus apartment-style housing for upper-division undergraduates in the campus Bridge zone in the Long Range Development Plan (LRDP).
