5 sites at UCLA; parking lot (Lot 15), academic uses, vacant; stadium concourse (Drake Stadium). The UCLA campus, including the proposed housing sites, is designated as public facility in the City of Los Angeles General Plan and Zoning
UCLA proposes to amend the existing long range development plan to add 1,500,000 gross square feet of development space allocated to student housing at 5 sites on the UCLA main campus. Up to 6,900 new student beds would be accommodated by the proposed LRDP amendment.
