Conditional Use No. CUP1 6-001 CM-i) is a reguest to sell beer and wine under a Type 20 license for off-site consumption at a G&M gas station and convenience store located in the C-2 (General Commercial) zone. A Mitigated Negative Declaration along with a Mitigation Monitoring Program was previously adopted, which considered the demolition and reconstruction of the subject G&M gas station and convenience store proposed under Development Review Project No. DRP16-015 and Conditional Use Permit No. CUP16-001. The project under Conditional Use Permit No. CUP16-001(M-1) will not have a significant effect on the environment as potential impacts have already been sufficiently addressed in the aforementioned Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program that was previously adopted.
