The Modified Project includes the development of an age-restricted senior living facility, which will include a mix of independent living, assisted living, and memory care units with up to 250 beds, located in three separate, two-story buildings, over basements, with a max height of 31 ft and a gross floor area of 126,000 sf. Other project components include recreational facilities, common areas, parking lots and landscape amenities.
