The project site consists of a three-story office building at 00 North Crescent Dr in Beverly Hills. The project would involve a comprehensive renovation of the existing building to include two additional floors of commercial office space, a restaurant, and a renovated screening room within the building. The existing 3 levels of subterranean parking would be re-planned to increase the total number of spaces to meet parking requirements. The project would also involve renovation of Crescent Mini Drive Park, located on the north side of the building, with new seating, hardscape, and drought-tolerate landscaping. The Recirculated Draft EIR includes revisions to 6 sections consisting of sections 2, project description; 4.1, aesthetics, 4.3, cultural resources; 4.5, noise; 4.6 transportation and traffic; and 6, alternatives.
