The Tribe plans to continue the present use of the land as a Campground.

Document Description
The subject property consists of one parcel of land, encompassing ~6 acres more or less, commonly referred to as APNs: 091-020-016. The parcel is located ~4 miles driving distance from the Dry Creek Rancheria and its adjacent trust lands. The property is a well-established Campground and RV Park that was established in the late 1960's. It contains 60 RV sites, 24 tent sites, a camp store, manager's residence, registration kiosk, restrooms and showers.
