The projects consist of emergency repair/replacement work necessary a result of a disaster situation brought on by continuous heavy rains, in which a state of emergency has been proclaimed by the Governor on 1-23-17 under the CA Emergency Services Act. Repairs to facilities are necessary to maintain service essential to the public health, safety or welfare. All project work is on existing facilities involving negligible or no expansion of an existing use.
