Installation of a small rainwater catchment system, removing turf and installing native/drought tolerant plants, installing four rain gardens, thirteen stormwater planters and 6000 square feet of bio retention basins to capture and filter stormwater are minor alterations to existing landscaping that do not affect sensitive resources and do not result in major disturbance to environmental resources, thus no adverse impact.
