Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes The Herlong Public Utility District (HPUD) proposes to replace water pipelines located within the existing roadways and rights of way in West Patton Village near the U.S. Army Depot. New pipeline will be placed under existing pavement and approximately 104,000 square feet of pavement replacement is anticipated with a small section of pipeline being placed in an existing dirt road to connect to the existing Herlong HPUD water line. There will be no ground disturbance in areas not already previously disturbed.
