Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project will replace sewer pipelines located within the existing roadways and rights of way in West Patton Village near the U.S. Army Depot. New pipeline will be placed under existing pavement and approximately 104,000 square feet of pavement replacement is anticipated with a small section of pipeline being placed in an existing dirt road to connect to the existing Herlong Public Utility District (HPUD) sewer line. There will be no ground disturbance in areas not already previously disturbed.
