Document Description
The DTSC, pursuant to regulatory authority granted under the Health and Safety Code, Division 20, Chapter 6.8, 25356.1 approved the Post Remediation Corrective Action Evaluation (Corrective Measures Proposal (CMP)), dated December 9, 2016, prepared for the former Hayes-Lemmerz Facility. The CMP addressed potential health risks resulting from volatile organic compounds in soil, soil gas, and groundwater as a result of previous operation at the site.
