Document Description
CDFW has executed lake alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0189-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to DRM Construction as represented by Devin McGee.
The project consists of excavating and disposing of approx 995 cy of material from the footprint of the proposed dock. Excavation of the lake bed is required due to the shallow nature of the shore at this location. All work below the 515' elevation will be conducted during draw down of Lake Tulloch that occurs between November 1 and March 30. Project also includes installation of a canopied boat dock and lift. No work will occur within the wetted portion of the lake.
