Document Description
The proposed project is a maintenance and improvement project to repair existing roadway and parking lot pavement. The project includes the application of scrub seal, slurry, and seal coating to repair existing asphalt pavement, followed by pavement restriping and markings. Other work will include the installation of temporary best management practices, traffic control, and pothole repair. The project also includes the addition of 13 new parking spaces in the Tuna Harbor Parking lot, restriping, removal of six trees, minor modifications to portions of landscaped islands to accommodate the new spaces, and the installation of 16 replacement trees.
