Document Description
The proposed project involves the installation of a new 320-square-foot modular building on Lot 3 of the existing site occupied by PNF-SDP, LLC, dba Park N Fly. The proposed new modular building would be used as office space and would be placed in the northwest corner of Lot 3, adjacent to a sloped landscaped buffer area that runs parallel to California Street. The proposed modular building would be used as an office for the existing three to five Park N' Fly Employees. The employees would park on the site adjacent to the modular building.
