Document Description
Due to very high Sacramento River Flows and Castle Creek Flows from February 2017 storms it has moved the River to the west side of the river channel and deposited a very large amount of rock on the east side of the channel and blocked off flow that went past our diffusers from the plant discharge site. At the effluent diffusers we will dredge a 15' sq. approx. 1' deep to improve discharge of diluted effluent. We need to dredge an area approx. 110' long, 12' wide and 6" deep immediately upstream of the diffusers to get even flow over the diffusers to get even flow over the diffusers. Upstream of that area we need to dredge a v-ditch approx. 100' long, 12' wide and a maximum of 6' deep to let a portion of the river flow back to it's previous location prior to the storms to create the dilution needed for the wastewater treatment plant discharge.
