Issue a right of entry permit to the US Army Corps of Engineers for access to the Irvine Finch River Access in Bidwell-Sacramento River State Park to conduct geotechnical surveys to complete 100% engineered levee drawings for the Hamilton City Flood Damage Reduction and Ecosystem Restoration project. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to, the Endangered species act, CEQA, and section 5024 of public resource code.
