Document Description
The County of Mono has directed the property owner to restore vegetation on his property that was damaged or removed during grading activities conducted by the owner, over a period of several years, without a grading permit or other authorization. The tasks and activities covered by this Exemption have been identified by the county as necessary to restore vegetation that was damaged or removed during the unauthorized grading activities. Restoration tasks will be performed by qualified biologists and include: Develop the restoration plan, obtain approvals as necessary from California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), and implement the restoration plan.
