Document Description
The proposed Project involves the installation and operation of an approximately 266.5 kW photovoltaic (PV) system at the Bay Street Reservoir Facility (BSR). The BSR is an ideal candidate for PV due to its uniquely large size and limited shading from surrounding structures and lack of overhanging vegetation. When the tanks were installed and the new structures built within the former open-air reservoir, electrical conduit to support a future PV system was placed at the base of the tanks and along the south facing embankment. To accommodate the inverters, space was reserved within the control building with necessary underground conduit installed connecting the BSR site to the PG&E point-of-connection at the U2 Pump Station located 500 feet to the south.
