Conditional Use Permit CUP17-002 to allow the following on a 6.1+/- acre property zoned M-2:AIR (Heavy Industrial:AirportCombining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code:
1. A tree removal training facility consisting of the following:
A. The placement of a double-wide commercial coach for a temporary classroom;
B. A 150-foot by 120-foot (18,000 square foot) outdoor training area consisting of four 20-foot tall climbing poles and an area for chainsaw operations; and
C. Two gravel parking areas for the training facility
2. The placement of a 240-foot by 80-foot (19,200 square feet) fenced storage yard for the storage of protable toilets, tanks and associated materrials for a septic service company.
