Issue Right of Entry and Transfer of Jurisdiction to Caltrans
NOE - Notice of Exemption
Issue Right of Entry (ROE) and Transfer of Jurisdiction (TOJ) to Caltrans to rehabilitate and/or replace two (2) existing culverts, place bio-engineered rock slope protection, and re-vegetate drainage channels at two (2) locations on State Route 254 in Humboldt Redwoods State Park to improve the functions of each culvert system and to prevent future slope failures by directing concentrated storm event flows away from eroding unstable slopes.
Minor alterations in land use limitations in areas with an average slope of less than 20% that does not result in any changes in land use or density and is included as "issuance of temporary use permits" and "issuance of easements and permits" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities in accordance with CCR section 15300.4.
