Issue Right of Entry (ROE) and Transfer of Jurisdiction (TOJ) to Caltrans to rehabilitate and/or replace two (2) existing culverts, place bio-engineered rock slope protection, and re-vegetate drainage channels at two (2) locations on State Route 254 in Humboldt Redwoods State Park to improve the functions of each culvert system and to prevent future slope failures by directing concentrated storm event flows away from eroding unstable slopes.
