The Fairfield-Suisun Sewer District (FSSD) would like to adopt the estimated revenues, expenditures, and inter-fund transfers for all funds and reserves for the revised fiscal year 2016/17 and for the fiscal years 2017/18 and 2018/19. FSSD would also like to adopt the Long-Term Financial Plan as an operating guideline for the scheduling and financing of future capital projects and bond issuance.
