Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-1600-2018-0332-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tak Tam and Cindy Lawtam.
The project is limited to construction of an access bridge to be used as a driveway entrance over a seasonal drainage swale, located within a recorded "drainage reserve." Work will include riprap erosion control at the base of the foundation (only on the eastern side) and the existing outfall of the drainage system . Piers of reinforced concrete with steel girders and wood framing, located above grade, will be constructed. Pier drilling, concrete pouring, and lifting and placement of steel and lumber will be accomplished by the use of trucks and equipment located on the project site only.
