SWRCB as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. San Jose Water Company proposes to demolish the existing Santa Rosa Tank, construct a replacement tank, reconstruct certain on site utilities, install a new pressure tank, build a new project site access road and other site improvements to enable the SJWC to adequately meet operational, emergency, and fire flow storage requirements for customers.
