Document Description
Project would improve the existing wastewater treatment system for existing HACSJ housing developments in Thornton. The project would divert wastewater from the existing treatment system to the nearby Sacramento Area Sewer District (SASD) collection system for treatment by the SASD. Wastewater would be transported by a new 2-mile wastewater force main and an improved lift station. Existing treatment facilities would be demolished.
