The project proposes a minor land division in order to subdivide an approx 5.86 acre property into two parcels consisting of an approx 3.44-acre parcel (2.79 acres net) and a 2.42-acre parcel (2.30 acres net). Parking would be located onsite. The resulting parcels would be served by a septic tank and leach fields for sewage disposal and a well for potable water. Both parcels would be accessed by an existing road easement that connects with Powerhouse Road.
