Document Description
The project includes demolition of a one-story commercial building and construction of a new 5-story hotel. The hotel is proposed at 53,538 sf with a height of 59'-10" from the top of the street curb to the top of the building parapet. Sixty-eight parking spaces are provided, with 25 surface spaces including 5 electric vehicles parking spaces and 43 underground parking spaces. There is one existing tree on-site to be retained and five Palm trees located in an easement along Raines Terrace. Vehicular access to the hotel would remain from El Camino Real.
