Document Description
The proposed project consists of replacing the existing 100,000 gallon redwood storage tank with one 527,000 gallon welded steel storage tank, an 8' wide maintenance access path around the tank, two retaining walls, drainage improvements and utility upgrades. The project would have a total disturbance envelope of 18,800 sf (0.43 acre).
