Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project includes of mass grading for future residential development. In total, the Project will provide up to 560 dwelling units, 4.75 miles of off-street biking and walking paths. In addition, a portion of the Covell Drainage Channel will be relocated and realigned less than 50 feet north of its current location. The Project will result in the permanent fill of agricultural and roadside drainages.
