The San Anselmo Flood Risk Reduction Project involves implementing various flood risk reduction elements in Fairfax and San Anselmo to achieve a 25-year level of flood protection, located in central eastern Marin County. The project has an overall objective to substantially reduce the frequency and severity of flooding throughout the upper Ross Valley Watershed in an economically viable manner while providing multiple benefits and minimizing environmental impacts.
