Document Description
The proposed project includes the purchase and annexation of a single family residential property at 5164 Paradise Drive for school uses by the Marin Montessori School at 5200 Paradise Drive in Corte Madera, CA. The MMS would also renovate existing residential structures for classroom uses. The MMS also proposed to demolish two structures, known as The Domes and replace with a similar sized new classroom structure. The project also includes associated site work and landscaping and modifications to internal circulation and parking. No new enrollment or employees would result as part of the project.
