Document Description
First Street Corridor General Plan Amendment: The City of Livermore is proposing a City-Initiated General Plan Amendment to re-designate nine parcels totaling 24.43 acres to "First Street Transition Area" with a dual land use designation of Commercial Service (CS)/Urban High (UH)-2. Up to 374 dwelling units could be developed pursuant to this General Plan Amendment.
Auburn Grove Project: The project is applicant is proposing to demolish all existing commercial buildings on a 6.59 acre project site within the First Street Transition Area to allow for construction of up to 100 attached residential townhomes and associated amenities and improvements. Vehicular access would be taken from First Street.
