Document Description
The project includes replacement of an existing retail strip mall with a mixed-use project consisting of ~400 multi-family residential units and ~420,000 sf of office space within three 5-story buildings. Additionally, the project proposes ~19,000 sf of retail space including a stand-alone CVS pharmacy on the corner of Bay and Woodside, and ~6,860 sf of commercial/flex space on the ground floor of the residential buildings, public and private open space, and shared underground parking for the residential and office uses. This project also includes the development of up to 120 affordable residential units on a project site located on Bay Road (2201 Bay Road and 1155 Broadway), across Woodside Road from the mixed-use project site.
