Document Description
The project is limited to 2 encroachments. POD-1 An existing water diversion from two sequential pools on unnamed class II stream. Water is gravity fed to 2 water storage tanks and water is used for domestic and irrigation purposes. The onstream pond has an existing 12-inch diameter 20-foot long plastic culvert functioning as the overflow spillway. The culvert is undersized. The notification proposes the removal of the culvert and lowering of the spillway to render the pond incapable of storing water and thus restoring unimpeded streamflow The removal and lowering of the spillway will require the removal and displacement of about 8-cubic yards of fill and 160- square feet of overall disturbance.
