Document Description
The Project is limited to four encroachments to upgrade/improve existing culverts at road/stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include maintenance with hands tools, excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. SC-4 will require pulling back the downstream banks for approximately 30’ to no greater than 2:1. These shall be revegetated through seeding and covered with straw to minimize any erosion.
