Document Description
The Project is limited to three encroachments. The three proposed encroachments are to upgrade existing culverts or upgrade crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Bank slopes that are restored shall be pulled back at no greater than 2:1. Slopes shall be seeded and stabilized.
