Document Description
The project is limited to 2 encroachments (Table 1 ). One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Blue Slide Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Diversion from the spring is claimed under ISDU S025870 and registered as Small Irrigation Use Registration (SIUR) ID. H504798. The other proposed encroachment is to maintain an existing stream crossing culvert. The Notification states that using the rational method enclosed in the attached hydrological study, analysis shows that the existing 24-inch HOPE culvert conveys the 100-year peak flood flow. See NOD for Full Details.
