Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-45514-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Richard Etherton. The project consists of three (3) encroachment(s): Two encroachments are for water diversion within the Saunders Creek watershed, one for domestic use and one for irrigation. Work for the water diversions will include modification, use, and maintenance of water diversion infrastructure. The other encroachment is for tree planting in the riparian zone following unauthorized tree removal. Work for this encroachment will include planting a minimum of 19 Douglas fir trees in designated areas within the riparian zone/County Streamside Management Area setback.
