The Project is limited to one encroachment. The single proposed encroachment is to upgrade an existing culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring of the inlet and outlet, as well as the downstream channel for approximately 15 feet, as necessary to minimize future erosion.
