Document Description
The project is limited to four encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Fourmile Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. One encroachment shall upgrade the overflow structure of an existing onstream stock-pond. One encroachment shall remove a septic tank, staircase, and constructed drainage ditch to prevent future stream diversion and return streamflow to its original channel. One encroachment shall remove a septic tank from the head of a stream. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing infrastructure and debris, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
