Document Description
The project includes twenty-two proposed encroachments. All proposed encroachments are to upgrade road/stream crossings. Nineteen encroachments will upgrade culverts. Two encroachments will install stream crossing conveyance where none exist. The final encroachment will decommission an existing road/stream crossing. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of culverts, replacements with new culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
