Document Description
The project is limited to two (2) encroachments to upgrade failing stream crossings and rehabilitate. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing crossings, replacement with new properly designed crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Permittee shall revegetate the areas above and below the crossings with plantings of native willow and cottonwood trees.
