Document Description
The project is limited to two (2) encroachments. The first encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Captain Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use only. Work for the water diversion will include installation of an appropriate collection vessel (e.g., spring box that meets the requirements in this Agreement), use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The second encroachment is for the (partial) remediation and armoring of the bank of Captain Creek due to unpermitted cut-bank steps being previously installed.
