Document Description
The project is limited to two encroachments. One proposed encroachment is to upgrade a failing and undersized culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the failing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The second encroachment is to decommission and relocate a cannabis cultivation site formerly situated along the bank of a stream and restore the impacted stream and riparian area. The Permittee states they will relocate this cultivation area to an elevated and more environmentally suitable site on the parcel in coordination with the County (approximate Lat/Long location 40.1168, -123.7279). CDFW is in agreeance with this relocation.
