The project is limited to 5 encroachments. Three encroachments are for the upgrade of dirt fords into dry rocked fords. One encroachment is for the decommissioning of an old access road. The final proposed encroachment is to upgrade a failing and undersized stream crossing. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing crossings, replacement with new properly sized crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
