- The project is limited to 2 encroachments. Both encroachments are for waterdiversion from unnamed tributaries of Tostin Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use only, all cannabis cultivation irrigation water is obtained through a roof rain catchment system. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
