Document Description
The Los Rios Community College District is proposing to modernize and expand the College Center building located on the southwest portion of the CRC campus, in Sacramento city, Sacramento County, CA. The proposed college center modernization and expansion project consists of some modernization/upgrades to the existing single story, approx 30,000 sf steel building and a two story 30,560 sf steel frame addition to be located on the northern portion. The modernization/upgrade phase of the project is focused on the northwest portion of the college center building and will consist of approx 3,653 to 6,113 sf of renovation. There is currently a severe shortage of administrative office space and the college center expansion will fill this need; the project is not intended to facilitate future growth.
